    • Qualification- MBA in MarketingExperience - Fresher to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant.Special skills:
    • 1. Fluent in communications especially in English2. Should be expertise in MS Office, especially in Excel.3. Good in mail communications especially for domestic Sales.4. Administrative and Secretarial support

    Other Skills:

    • -Standard reporting; maintaining balance sheet of Company and Owner.
    • -Minutes of the meeting.
    • -Maintain Dairy of OH.
    • -Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the OH -Organization and Planning- Able to Organize or Schedule tasks.
    • -MIS: Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly MIS to Give brief details about the structure and work of the OH and Organization.
    • -Collecting and Compiling Reports making Analysis Reports.
    • -Coordinate with each Department to get the work done the in presence and absence of OH.
    • -Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the OH
    • - Other operational activities etc.
