    MFC TRANSPORT PVT LTD is seeking an experienced Back Office Executive to join our dynamic back office team. As a Back Office Executive, you will report directly to the Back Office Manager and provide crucial support for various administrative tasks. This role involves handling data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, financial tasks, and general administrative duties.

    To thrive in this position, you should possess extensive office management experience, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and a proactive approach to fulfilling management requests. A successful Back Office Executive ensures prompt and efficient support to both management and the front office team.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct market research and gather and process relevant data.

    Perform essential administrative duties, including printing, email correspondence, and office supply management.

    Assist and coordinate with the sales team.

    Support the Front Office team.

    Aid in inventory control.

    Organize staff meetings and maintain updated calendars.

    Process company receipts, invoices, and bills.

    Provide assistance and support to management.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

    Previous experience as an Office Executive.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Proficiency in computer operating systems, MS Office software, and Excel is a must.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
