    Service Engineer (Customer Engineer/ Sr. Customer Engineer/ Team Lead- Service and Maintenance)

    1. Role:
    - Conduct repairs and maintenance on installations within assigned area, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer satisfaction.
    2. Responsibilities:
    - Perform scheduled maintenance according to agreed timelines and safety standards.
    - Address customer callbacks promptly and provide necessary feedback.
    - Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    - Recommend spare parts sales when necessary.
    - Coordinate with the team for spare parts supply.
    - Focus on ensuring high levels of customer delight.

    Education: BE/Btech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
    Professional experience: Up to 3 years in service/maintenance specifically in the elevator or related industry.
    Languages: (+ levels: proficiency, advanced, intermediate, basic)
    - English (proficiency)
    - Hindi (advanced)
