    Lead Generation:
    Develop and implement strategies for B2B lead generation through various digital channels.
    Optimize online presence to attract and convert potential clients.

    Email Marketing:
    Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for both the organization and clients.
    Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies for improved results.

    Brand Management:
    Manage org's internal brand marketing initiatives.
    Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.

    Content Creation:
    Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
    Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

    Analytics and Reporting:
    Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
    Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
    Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
    Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Creative mindset for content creation and brand promotion.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    Previous experience in a B2B marketing agency.
    Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.


    Creative Flair:
    Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
    Strong design sensibility and an eye for visually appealing content.


    Image Editing and Creative Tools:
    Proficient in using online image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to create visually engaging graphics for campaigns.
    Familiarity with various creative tools for video editing and content creation.
