    We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take on full responsibility for driving growth.

    We want someone who can bring innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand, product, and business objectives. If you are an enthusiastic leader with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive research and attention to detail, we have the perfect job for you


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and a positive attitude (Need to achieve sales targets/ Branch targets)2. You will be responsible for Overall in-charge of the marketing function in the region/ Preparing monthly, half-yearly & yearly marketing plans / Implementing, marketing and promoting strategies for the organization.3. Responsible for marketing activities such as Presentations and Seminars. Also, develop a relationship with students and Universities.4. Promote The Mentors Circle's suite of products & services in the target market & generate clients for the same5. To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including at top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc.6. Responsible for developing new clients to meet business development targets.7. Build relations with various Student bodies, including student unions etc
    Desired Candidate Profile


    • It would be best if you were an energetic professional with experience in market research and analysis.2. The basic idea of marketing and advertising agencies, with good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning more.3. Freshers ready to travel and with good communication skills can apply.

    Qualification:
    MBA Marketing / any Graduate or any other relevant qualification but

    Should possess a good, pleasant personality with excellent communication and convincing skills. Should be a hard worker having the capabilities to achieve the target.
