India Supplier Marketing Operations Team:
Responsible for brand influence and business performance contribution amongst target suppliers from India.
*Job Responsibilities
1. Design and implement digital advertising marketing campaigns (Facebook/Google/LinkedIn/ Affiliate etc.), aligned with business targets and liaise with internal sale teams to help generate quality leads and conversions of B2B services across Indian exporters.
2. Design and implement content production and curation strategies, including but not limited to sales kits, seller case studies, industry reports, event sharing materials in various formats to support business and sale teams to use at client visits, events sharing, etc.
3. Develop partnership from Alibaba Group. Integrate and Alibaba Group's internal and external resources to maximize brand impact and business results. Effective and comprehensive cross-department coordination with PR/Marketing/Products/Industry/Operation teams to ensure the smooth and innovative landing of the marketing initiatives.
4. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
*Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of digital advertising implementing work experience, preferably from e-Commerce or Internet companies. Experience in b2b business marketing is a plus.
2. Ability to use strategic and systematic thinking to transform business strategy to marketing initiatives, use closed-loop marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness as well as to achieve business targets.
3. Being an expert in integrating resources, create strong relationship with internal teams, external partners and vendors to implement marketing strategies on ground effectively
4. Good with numbers: able to analyse and represent results of marketing campaigns in a crisp, quantitative and action-oriented format
5. Capability of planning, managing and executing large-scale offline/online events independently.
6. Ability to manage ambiguity by coping with uncertainty and risk, as well as adapting to change.
7. High proficiency and excellent communication skills in written and oral English. Fluency in a south Indian language is a plus.
Notice: This is a Fixed Term Contract Role.
