Responsibilities:

Engagement Maestro: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Information Conductor: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our real estate offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits that align with the potential client's requirements.

Appointment Composer: Schedule appointments for interested clients to connect with our real estate sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to active engagement.

Relationship Symphony: Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients, cultivating a sense of trust and confidence in our real estate offerings.

Market Insight Virtuoso: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights to potential clients.

Follow-Up Choreographer: Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to address any additional questions, concerns, or provide further information, maintaining a consistent line of communication.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each lead's status.

Requirements and Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
