Job Title: 2D Motion graphic designer Generalist

No of Positions: 2
Chennai

Responsibilities:

Create technical videos based on the business requirement.
Development of motion graphics/media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) and ensuring the quality levels.
Interacting with SMEs, Content Developers for visualization of the graphics.
Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from Storyboards.
Macro and Micro strategy for learning and communications solutions.
Monitors cultural trends to make sure designs are relevant, appropriate, and fresh.
Understanding stakeholder requirements and suggesting the appropriate communications learning solution.
Qualifications:
Degree /Diploma in Graphics and Animations/Fine Arts/ E-Learning/ Virtual Reality; BE Computer

- science/MscIT/MC

Competencies:
2+ years of Illustration and motion graphic designing experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Aftereffects, Premier, and other Designing tools any other sketching.
Should have strong knowledge in eLearning authoring tools like (Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
Creating Character (Agent) and animated based on the training materials
Solidfoundation and instinctive ability to exercise good judgment in manipulating the visual elements such as contrast, scale, color, spacing, and typography.
Good understanding of 3D Graphics and tools.
Experience in Maya / Cero Illustrator / Blender / Keyshot added advantage

- (1.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions, recommend value creation initiatives to clients and implement industry best practices. (4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
