    Description

    Job Title: Vertical Head – Delivery

    Location: Pune, Noida, Bangalore & Hyderabad.

    Experience : 18+ years.

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Industry: IT Services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the delivery of IT services across Manufacturing OR Life Sciences vertical.
    • Oversee complex project engagements, ensuring successful delivery within Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price contract frameworks.
    • Direct a large team of over FTEs), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage a Profit & Loss (P&L) of approximately $200 million USD, driving financial performance and sustainable growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business objectives and market needs.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

    Required Skills:

    • Strategic Leadership: Ability to set vision, drive change, and deliver results in a dynamic IT services environment.
    • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Life Sciences OR Manufacturing with the ability to anticipate and meet industry-specific IT needs.
    • Project Management: Proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Team Management: Experience in leading and nurturing large teams, promoting a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
    • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management, with a proven ability to optimize resources and costs.
    • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to a diverse audience.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
    • Technical Proficiency: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and IT service methodologies, with the ability to leverage them for business advantage.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing IT practices in the targeted industries.
