    Description

    We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional in the field of Mutual Funds to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is really into mutual funds and enjoys developing strategies, training, and guiding intermediaries in understanding the ins and outs of mutual funds.


    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Mutual Fund Investment Strategy:
    • Develop & manage Mutual Fund investment strategy based on AssetPlus Research process
    2. Training and Development:
    • Conduct engaging training sessions online and offline for mutual fund distributors and internal teams
    • Create comprehensive training materials with the Research Team on mutual funds, investment strategies, market trends, and wealth creation
    3. Communication:
    • Effectively communicate AssetPlus Investment strategies and complex mutual fund concepts in an understandable way
    • Provide strategic advice on mutual fund investments and portfolio management
    • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes
    4. Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with internal teams to align training programs with business goals
    • Offer support to intermediaries for their professional growth

    Professional Requirements
    The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in research, product development, sales in mutual funds, advisory, wealth management, private banks, financial media, or rating agencies
    • Deep knowledge of mutual funds, financial planning, and wealth creation strategies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts
    • Proficiency in English and Hindi
