Responsibilities and Duties
Job Profile:
- Calling new as well as existing customers for order
- Converting enquiry into order
- Sending quotation & proforma invoice to customers within a day's time & confirming order
- Visiting customers and travelling for orders. Travel plan approval has to be taken in advance
- Sharing minutes of meeting after every visit / customer meeting
- Maintaining MIS sheet of Inquiry and confirmed orders
- Taking regular customer feedback
- Developing different ways and modes of sales
- Making presentation to management on marketing strategy and action plan
- Making sure all customers are responded in Time
- Ensuring 100% payment is received on time. Having clear communications on payment terms
- Highlighting issues if any, to the management
- Presently monthly sales report to management
