Job Summary:
As a Junior Architect at Vardhman Developers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the

design and development of various real estate projects. Your expertise in BMC approvals,

DCR rules, and proficiency in AutoCAD will be crucial in ensuring the project's successful

execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual

ideas into detailed plans while adhering to regulatory guidelines.


Job Description:


  • Create innovative and practical architectural designs for residential buildings that align with
project objectives, client preferences, and regulatory standards.

  • Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using
AutoCAD software.

  • Possess a deep understanding of MCGM approval processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, DCR (Development Control Regulations)
rules, and other relevant regulations throughout the design and construction phases.

  • Liaise with Liasoning Architect and obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for
the project.

  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and site managers to
ensure design alignment and smooth project execution.

  • Prepare comprehensive design presentations, renderings, and documentation to
communicate design intent to both internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience of at least 4years as an Architect with a focus on residential projects.
  • Indepth knowledge of BMC approval processes and DCR rules.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Salary:
₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month

  • Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
