    Job Description:


    We seek a Chartered Accountant to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with Tax laws, and effective budget management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting RERA audits and making sure that clients are compliant with MAHA-RERA certifications.
    • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, ensuring
    compliance with accounting principles.

    • Managing compliances such as GST, TDS, IT, PT, ESIC, ROC, etc.
    • Acting as a liaison between clients and the firm to ensure effective communication.
    • Prepare and file tax returns, and advise on tax planning and compliance.
    • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
    • Preparing and managing the organization's budget and tracking actual expenditures and variances periodically.
    • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify business opportunities and optimize profitability.
    • Communicate with stakeholders to explain financial performance and strategies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts such as promoters and statutory organizations.

    Qualifications:

    • A Chartered Accountant (CA) possessing or willing to obtain a Certificate of Practice is required.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with a strong focus on audits and compliance.
    • Proficient in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively in day-to-day operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
    • Committed to professional ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement.
    • Prior experience with guiding, motivating, and managing a team/juniors/client staff in their day-to-day operations.
