As a Sales Executive at Golden Abodes, you will be responsible for driving sales of luxury properties, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation activities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial objectives. Provide personalized guidance and expert advice to clients throughout the sales process.

Property Promotion: Effectively market and promote our portfolio of luxury properties to potential buyers, utilizing a variety of marketing tools and platforms. Showcase property features, amenities, and unique selling points to enhance sales opportunities.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective buyers to secure favorable terms and agreements. Work closely with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transaction closures.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks related to sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings.
