Description

We are looking for a Jr.

Video Editor to work closely with the marketing team to help create and edit video content at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters.

Department - Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Manipulating and editing video pieces to showcase brand story
Taking and executing briefs from the content team
Working with the design team to align visual language
Trimming footage segments and put together the sequence of the film based on storyboarding
Working to input music, VOs, graphics and effects
Creating rough and final cuts within stipulated timelines
Working to ensure logical sequencing and continuity in shots
Editing videos for use across platforms and usage - website, social media, ads, mobile app, TV ads, etc.
Creating, cataloguing and maintaining a repository of all video footage, both archival and current
Creating a bank of purchased stock footage to be used for brand videos
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

Possess at least 3 years experience in video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
Working knowledge of Adobe Animate preferable
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must have an eye for detail and nuance
Able to translate an idea into a visual experience
Strong time management and team working skills
