    We are in search of a highly skilled Lead Developer to be part of our team and take on an engaging and demanding project.

    As the Lead Developer, your main task will be to create a rule engine tool utilizing Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, collaborating closely with the product owners' team regularly. This role presents a fantastic chance for an individual with a strong enthusiasm for software development and exceptional leadership capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a rule engine tool using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka for real-time data streaming applications
    • Collaborate closely with the product owners' team daily to comprehend business needs and deliver technical solutions
    • Conduct output data verification on Elasticsearch to guarantee data precision and consistency
    • Integrate the tool with the existing data ingestion layer to execute match and merge operations, ultimately mastered in EBX
    • Lead and guide a team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality code and compliance with coding standards

    Requirements

    • At least 8 to 12 years of experience as a Java Developer in live projects
    • Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Batch
    • Knowledge of Microservices architecture for constructing scalable, fault-tolerant applications
    • Background in data engineering and familiarity with master data management is desirable
    • Proficiency in Kafka for developing real-time data streaming applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
