    Lead Developer

    Iron Mountain's (IRM) Enterprise Information Technology-Platforms is hiring an experienced Lead Developer. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization that is responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM). Our team supports the IRM workforce and our customers.

    The Lead Developer will help spearhead the technical direction and mentorship of the development team, contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality solutions. Leveraging an expertise in coding, architecture, and best practices, the Lead Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

    Responsibilities:
    ● Determine requirements by evaluating existing processes and architecting solutions to satisfy all requirements.
    ● Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical IAM related issues.
    ● Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other technical reviews to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
    ● Provide technical guidance and leadership to the platform development team.
    ● Develop and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design documents, and best practices.
    ● Lead technical discussions and make recommendations aligned with the technical strategy of Iron Mountain.
    ● Lead production deployments and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner with minimal service disruption.
    ● Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the platform.
    ● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies and evaluate their impact on the IAM platform.
    ● Contribute to the codebase for platform APIs.
    ● Develop CI/CD pipelines for deploying infrastructure and software.
    ● Write code and tests for platform solutions.

    Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
    ● Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
    ● 7+ years of experience in a technical role.
    ● 3+ years of experience as the technical lead on a project(s).
    ● Strong knowledge of Python or a similar programming language (Java, Go).
    ● Strong knowledge of at least one public cloud including GCP, AWS, Azure.
    ● Background in designing and building enterprise scale, high throughput, low latency platforms.
    ● Must be able to communicate effectively with users, executives and senior leaders at all levels.
    ● Able to determine work priorities based on general direction from leadership.
    ● Ability to effectively execute tasks.
    ● Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
    ● Nice to have: Any Okta certifications or IAM experience.
    ● Should have hands-on experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
