    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategy
      • Be the go-to expert on the product and platform, supporting product rollouts and leading internal teams in developing user requirements
    • Business
      • Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and deliver product requirements
      • Lead project delivery activities end to end
    • Processes
      • Ensure projects are implemented on time, within budget, and with high quality
      • Improve project quality and reduce implementation costs
      • Provide ideas on utilizing technology to drive revenue targets
      • Meet audit and risk management requirements
    • People & Talent
      • Assist team members to enhance overall quality and productivity
      • Support team members in various tasks
      • Coach team members on system flow and bank procedures
    • Risk Management
      • Pay close attention to risk elements, ensure security and regulatory requirements are met
      • Proactively identify and manage risks
    • Governance
      • Uphold the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
      • Take personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards

      • Our Ideal Candidate

      • Professional knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle database
      • Experience in Cloud Migration
      • Good understanding of Unix Shell scripting
      • Knowledge of core JAVA, JSP servlets
      • Understanding of development methodologies
      • Understanding of configuration management and production deployment processes
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

      Role Specific Technical Competencies

      • Theoretical knowledge of IBM WebSphere application server
      • Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
      • Automation test development with Selenium
      • Experience in data migration projects
      • Experience in mutual funds and banking domain
      • Experience in JIRA and Confluence
