QC CHEMIST - Requirements analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced. Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.

Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials
Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements
Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest
Resolving qualityrelated issues and adhering to deadlines
Providing training to the quality assurance team
Design an efficient design protocol that can be used across all domain
Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
Monitor customer satisfaction levels
Monitor the production phase at various levels.

Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with Orthopedics business units. Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product. Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers. Support Director to hire and develop R&D personnel. Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations. Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into and out of the company. Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment. Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units. Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals. Document all phases of research and development. Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.

To ensure overall quality parameters including sample testing (Raw material, Inprocess sample test and final product testing) Coordination with production to maintain manufacturing SOP's.
Must have knowledge of computers.
Should have hands on experience in handling instruments like pH Meters, Auto Titrates, AAS and KF titration.
Overall operation, calibration and troubleshooting as per GMP & SOP guidelines.
Responsible for maintaining all Documentations for Q.A. and Q.C.
Preparing document like method validation reports, specifications, COA's and MOA's for Finished Products & Raw Materials.
Should be well versed in the Stability Program of the various Raw Materials and Finished Products.

Qualifications and Skills
B. Sc/ M.Sc. in Organic/ Analytical Chemistry,(MS Office Suite Excellent written and communication skills in English Language)

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
