PROFILE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Young & pleasant Front Office Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE:
Welcoming and greeting the clients & ensuring they receive attention in a timely & friendly manner.
Responding to customer queries.
Answering phone calls & taking messages to the customers.
Billing of products & services.
Receive and confirm doctor appointments
Ensure that reception is maintained in a clean & tidy manner.
Record customer feedback & convey it to the management.
Ensuring that all relevant records are updated in a timely manner.
Ready to work on other administration-related functions also.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Basic Computer Knowledge in office Software (Excel, Word, Tally)
Should be able to strong in amount & figure calculations.
Good in Written and Verbal Communication in English.
Pleasing Personality & good attitude to meet and respond to people's queries.
Should Accepting the attitude towards company rules and procedures accordingly.
Must be ready to work on our general shift timings morning - 9 am to 6pm & 1.30 to 9.30 evening shift.
Should be able to handle cash/Billing without delay.
The travel allowance will be additionally provided for your official work.
Ready to travel in Chennai & Tamil branches if required
Preferable for immediate joiners only.
We offer job placements to our SKS Veterinary Hospital branches wherever the vacancy is available in our Tamilnadu /Bengaluru & our Forthcoming branches also.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk/reception: 1 year (required)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (required)
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
