- Provide guidance and support to team members in solving complex technical challenges related to deploying and managing machine learning models.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging MLOPS to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on MLOPs strategies and solutions that align with their business goals.
- Contribute to the broader industry dialogue on MLOPs through publications, conference presentations, and participation in relevant forums.
- Establish the firm as a thought leader in MLOPS by showcasing innovative solutions, case studies, and success stories.
- Lead by example and contribute handson expertise to the implementation of MLOPS solutions, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and integration of machine learning models.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role within MLOPs, with a track record of successfully building and leading highperforming teams.
- Indepth knowledge of machine learning, model deployment, and operationalization best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience in clientfacing roles, with a focus on understanding and addressing clients' business challenges through MLOPS solutions.
- Expertise in relevant technologies and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
