Your Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Manager / Expert

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Design and Planning: Strategize and design the organization's IT infrastructure to meet current and future business needs, leveraging cutting-edge technologies for optimal performance and scalability.
2. Server and Data Center Management: Oversee the management of physical and virtual servers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in compliance with industry standards.
3. Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices to ensure optimal performance and security, implementing robust measures against cyber threats.
4. Storage Management: Manage storage solutions such as SAN and NAS systems to efficiently store and protect critical data, implementing advanced data protection strategies.
5. Cloud Services: Drive the adoption of cloud computing platforms to enhance infrastructure capabilities, enabling seamless integration and support for hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
6. Virtualization: Implement and manage virtualization technologies to optimize resource utilization and improve scalability across the IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10-14 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, preferably in a global pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
• Relevant certifications in System Administration and Database Administration (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, Oracle DBA).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
