    Description

    Senior HRIS Global HR Process Specialist

    A great opportunity to join our team as a Senior HRIS Specialist. As a team member, you will play a key role in leading and executing plans within the People Technology function.

    • 7-10 years of experience within the People Technology function with a minimum of 2 years in leading a team, developing, and executing plans
    • Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as SAP, SAP-SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, etc. Strong knowledge of SF modules, support, configuration, system design, process mapping, testing, and deployment of SF solutions

    Educational Requirements:

    Preferably following the 12+4+2 pattern, for example, BE (CS/IT/ E&CE) and Post Graduation in Management specializing in HR

    Role, Duties, and Responsibilities:

    • Possess a passion for People Technology innovation, extensive knowledge of the HR System landscape, and experience in implementing new People technology platforms
    • Capability to translate business objectives and needs into a clear vision and roadmap, and precise requirements to support the execution
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working directly with users, collaborating across internal teams, partners, and consultants to deliver complex projects. Ability to comprehend technical concepts, utilize data, metrics, and user research findings for decision-making
    • Expertise in managing and negotiating with external suppliers and vendors
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills. Excellent presentation skills for meetings and presentations
