    Overview:

    The SalesTrainee/Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving the companysrevenue growth by learning and implementing sales strategies andfostering strong customer relationships. This position is anentrylevel role designed to provide handson experience in sales andcontribute to the overall success of the sales team. The SalesTrainee/Sales Officer will receive comprehensive training on salestactics customer interaction and product knowledge to effectivelypromote and sell the companys offerings.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Learn about thecompanys products and services to effectively promote and sell topotential customers
    • Actively engage inprospecting and lead generation activities to identify new businessopportunities
    • Assist senior salesrepresentatives in conducting sales presentations and productdemonstrations
    • Utilize effective salestechniques and negotiation strategies to convert leads intocustomers
    • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfactionand retention
    • Collaborate with the sales teamto achieve sales targets and contribute to overall teamsuccess
    • Participate in sales training programsto enhance knowledge and skills in salesmethodologies
    • Provide timely and accurate salesreports and updates on customer interactions to the salesmanager
    • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitive activities to identify potential business risks andopportunities
    • Follow up on sales inquiries andcoordinate with other departments to address customerneeds

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
    • Demonstrated interest in pursuing acareer in sales with relevant internships or parttimeexperience
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers andinternal teams
    • Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities to close sales and win over potentialclients
    • Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment and contribute to collectivegoals
    • Basic understanding of sales techniquescustomer relationship management and marketdynamics
    • Proactive and selfmotivated attitudewith a willingness to learn and adapt to new salesstrategies
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills to address customer concerns and optimize salesprocesses
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Officeapplications and CRM software for sales tracking andreporting
    • Willingness to travel and attendsales meetings conferences and industry events asrequired
