Roles and Responsibilities
- Gaining a sound understanding of business area and developing strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers
- Initiate intake meetings to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Review and release job postings descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
- Host and participate in hiring events and job fairs.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need.
- Adhering to the company's compliance guidelines
- Development of enterprise standards, development of processes, defining and reporting metrics, interview scheduling, offer letter generation, offer acceptance processing, document uploading, etc.
- Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Healthcare
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Post graduate degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Key Skills: Stakeholder Management, Organizational and timemanagement, Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
