Roles and Responsibilities

  • Gaining a sound understanding of business area and developing strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers
  • Initiate intake meetings to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Review and release job postings descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
  • Host and participate in hiring events and job fairs.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need.
  • Adhering to the company's compliance guidelines
  • Development of enterprise standards, development of processes, defining and reporting metrics, interview scheduling, offer letter generation, offer acceptance processing, document uploading, etc.
  • Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
  • Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Healthcare

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Post graduate degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Key Skills: Stakeholder Management, Organizational and timemanagement, Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
