We are looking for a support executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping our users by creating tickets on their behalf, monitoring app reviews, and addressing user feedback.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responding to user inquiries and issues through our support channels
- Creating and managing support tickets in ticketing tools for our users
- Adding priority defects in Gitlab for our developers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitoring app reviews across various platforms and addressing user feedback
- Populating production data to ensure a smooth user experience
- Generating user reports to track and analyze user behavior and feedback
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with users
- Continuously updating the knowledge base and documentation to ensure accurate and uptodate information is available to users
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of mobile app development and app stores is a plus.
- Proficient in using support tools and systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
