Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Primary Sales and Secondary Sales of YPay Cards, Customer Retention & Welcome Calls
  • Initiate & manage outbound calls to potential customers
  • Responsible for Sales of the Financial product & Generate Revenue for the company.
  • Achieving the company revenue targets.
  • Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
  • Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Build & maintain positive relationship with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills & ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Excellent communication skills along with professionally presentable.
  • Go getter attitude.
  • Be open for crazily moving head startup environment
  • Ability to multitask.

Salary:
Up to ₹225,000.00 per year


Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
