Hiring for Account Manager (Voice Process)
Work Location:
- Bangalore ( Manyata Tech Park Hebbal.)
Qualification:
- PUC.
Language Preference:
- Excellent Communication in English, Kannada any other languages.
Experience:
- Min 1 year exp in sales/ Presales
Shift time:
- General
Salary:
- up to 35k CTC or based on current salary.
Week off : 1 Rotational week off.
Working days : 6 days working.
**Job Role & Responsibilities:
- **•Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers & purchase orders
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Using sales scripts preferred by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
Desired Skills:
- 1.Excellent communication skills Written & Verbal in English
- Should be flexible for Voice process (Sales)
- Work as per business requirements
- Should have experience in sales and integrity.
