OUR MEGALOMANIA IS THE CAUSE OF ALL ANATHEMA!

Pesticides we invent

Which only work as to vent?

To kill numerous insects

Whom we consider a menace

Causing damage to our staple food

Which only we crave to support our root

But to produce surplus and profits with gaily trail

We resort to a veil

Our endeavor is to make a tool

To uproot all hindrances with a crude and rude rule!

We take enormous pride

Out of our repository we may enjoy our ride

Inundating our store with huge produce

Sometimes we fail to take the stock of our blind attitude!

We perhaps fail to gauge

Those minute creatures make huge valuable effort

Making our eco-system with intriguing splurge

Killing ceaseless weak and feeble one

We human can alone express our delectable design with élan!

Minute insects play an important role

Whether fixing Nitrogen, or enabling pollination and cross pollination

To construe a colorful tapestry

But we can endow out of our greed a reprehensible travesty

I wonder what benevolent creatures we are capable to breed!

Greed alone is responsible for our all jeopardy

Shortage of production and crisis we beckon due to our inordinate adamancy

Enabling myriad of creatures to extinct

We unknowingly perhaps captivated in our own construed precinct!

An Eco-chamber we virtually frame

Which have potentials to conclude our ignominious game?

Paving the way for our own eventual extinction

I am afraid, who will garland us for our own way of mass destruction?

Are we not acting to decimate our own stature?

By imposing indigenous traits in recurrent remodeled aperture

Still we claim we alone are supreme creature

To cause convenience for ‘Earth’s behest’, a common nomenclature!

Workers bees that collect honey from nectar

Making our vicinity with grandeur, which we appreciate in rapture

The color, flavor and their delightful gestures

Our planet turns into a soothing haven for their clamor!

We tend only to magnify

Majority’s contributions and jovial cry

I wonder why we so miser

Not desirous to glorify their endeavor

Why we are ingrained with rudeness

Having a disposition not to recognize others effort and address

Whatever insignificant they are, they only make our planet with magnificent glamour!

To uproot all hindrances

We confront with rudeness and duress

Killing is the only instinct we are proud of

But it only yield infamy with a heinous write off!
