    RolesandResponsibilities:
    1. Managethe user lifecycle management pre & postsales ofusers/learners
    2. Maintain acceptable performancemetrics such as quality productivity feedback and attendance andprepare status/weekly and bimonthly reports ofusers
    3. Monitor and report on feedback activityand reviews of users
    4. Respond to comments anduser queries in a timely manner
    5. Attend to thequestions suggestions and remarks from users via voice chat oremail support
    6. Manage the conduction ofcommunityactivities

    SillsRequired:
    1. Should havegood interpersonal and communicationskills
    2. Those with prior experience inoperations are preferred
    3. Possess MS Excelskills
    4. Ability to interpret customer engagementmetrics
    5. Experience in launching communityinitiatives or background in a supportrelatedfield
