    Description
    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in managing Commercial Banking.
    In this role, you will:
    • Manage a Commercial Banking business functions comprising of managers, associate managers and analysts.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Banking LoB (Equipment Finance & Vendor Financial Services and some other businesses) for determining strategies around growth, risk management and efficiency initiatives and serve as a single point of contact in India to handle issues and escalations.
    • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.
    • Lead tactical planning functions related to new transitions, changes to existing transitions and process improvement, contribute to the evolution of a multi-year transformation roadmap.
    • Provide leadership to all aligned teams to improve processes, implement controls, manage resources.
    • Ensure operational policies and procedures comply with regulatory compliance for all aligned capabilities.
    • Develop and execute processes and tools to hold individuals and teams accountable for progress.
    • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are implemented, and SLAs to all partners and stakeholders are met.
    • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
    • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, career planning, recognizing, and developing employees, identifying, and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking operations, with at least 4+ years in leadership role.
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
    • Managed teams with a mix of junior and senior skilled profiles
    Desired Qualifications:
    • CA/MBA Finance preferred
