    Description

    A. MAIN Goal (Reason for this job)

    Boosting Sales of Labor & Parts (L&M) for HVAC products.


    B. Main RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle HVAC L&M Sales for India (Based in South) with close collaboration with Internal Field Operations Team to grasp customer labor and spare parts needs on site.
    • Prepare cost estimates and present offers to customers.
    • Engage with customers to finalize orders promptly using strong negotiation skills.
    • Achieve monthly Sales Targets for L&M orders as per forecasts.
    • Ensure timely submission and conversion of offers to orders to meet monthly targets.
    • Adhere to Sales checklist, procedures, and regulations for timely order processing.
    • Meet Quarterly/Yearly Sales Order and Gross Margin goals.
    • Engage with Internal and External stakeholders to identify new L&M business opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain a robust L&M sales pipeline (minimum 5 times the Sales Target) and regularly update the pipeline in the system tool.

    C. Qualifications and Experience

    Graduate with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a related industry.


    Proficiency in Commercial and Technical aspects, Contract Negotiation, Sales Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management.
