ROLE OVERVIEW:


Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that align with the company's enterprise architecture.

Oversee the regional teams' technical implementation to ensure a successfully delivery to stakeholder expectations.

Be the ambassador for all the teams and responsible for the quality of the solutions produced.

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Communicate successfully with all project team members and management

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions. Create end-to-end architecture for complex systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.


Technical Leadership:
provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.


Enterprise Alignment:
collaborate closely with the Head of Architecture to ensure that solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture strategy. Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise architecture.


Solution Documentation:
create and maintain comprehensive documentation for regional architecture, including diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.


Technology Evaluation:
stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects. Provide recommendations for technology adoption based on business needs and industry trends.


Stakeholder Engagement:
engage with stakeholders, including business leaders and project managers, to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions. Present and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Code Development:
contribute actively to coding and development tasks, leading by example and demonstrating best practices. Address complex coding challenges and participate in solving technical issues.


Adaptability and Innovation:
stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Integrate innovative solutions and technologies into projects where applicable.


Quality Assurance:
implement and enforce coding standards. Ensure that the team delivers high-quality, bug-free code.


Risk Management:
identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects. Proactively address technical challenges to avoid project delays or issues.


Facilitation:

steer team and stakeholders to work well, both in defining a common vision, making decisions, achieving their goals and creating a relational climate where trust prevails and communication is fluid, empathic and honest.


Development Principles:
guide and champion industry standard development principles and frameworks for achieving quality, speed and maintainability.

This includes the practices, techniques and tools that support those principles, and an understanding of when things may or may not be applicable in a situation or context.


Giving and Receiving Feedback:
solicit and engage with feedback on a continuous basis.
