1) Ensure that you fully understand the project scope, goals and deliverables that support the company business goals, working in collaboration with the Project Managers and to meet customer expectations

  • 2) Act as a central point of contact and coordination between the Project Managers and customers by monitoring the Projects Inbox and assigning to Project Managers 3) Creating and assigning Sharepoint folders for key customer documents per project
  • 4) Setting up new project schools with training accounts, assigning appropriate courses and monitoring progress through the LearnUpon reports
  • Managing the project Welcome letters and central project repository
  • 5) Supporting the Project Managers with creation of Trello boards for school monitoring
  • 6) Managing ad hoc support requests from schools and ensuring they are assisted or referred to the Tech/Support/Implementation team, as appropriate
7) Managing ad-hoc requests or queries if the Project Managers are unavailable. Referring queries to Project Manager/Support/Tech, as appropriate

8) Receiving and responding to customer requirements and queries in a professional manner

Managing the set-up and publication of Group Menus for LA, caterers and Trusts, to include:

  • creating the menus on ParentPay and uploading these within agreed timeframes
  • managing issues with menu uploads with tech, caterers and schools
  • managing ad-hoc theme menus from schools and caterers, to ensure the correct information is received in a timely fashion for upload to ParentPay.

Summary and Main Purpose:

| The role is fast paced, providing a high level of support to the Project Managers and wider Implementation Services Team, ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed specification.


Working in the Implementation Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are carried out effectively within the agreed time scales.

The role will also require you to liaise and work closely with other departments within the ParentPay Group.
