- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Candidate should have 4+ Yrs. experience in L2 Support
- knowledge of Java, JDBC, simple queries
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Basic understanding of SQL. Should be able to write queries.
- Basic understanding of commands, scripting, analysing logs
- Knowledge of PPT, XLS, Macros, Web knowledge
- Having excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Capacity to analyse, ability to deep dive into subjects independently, report & pilot actions of several transversal teams (Dev, Indus, DBA, Business, other IT teams)
- Communication: capacity to understand the role of each stakeholder in order to share the correct message to each of them
- Inquisitive spirit: continuously improve the understanding of the customer context & the user experienc
- Basic knowledge of Windows application
- Good English communication both oral and written
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.
