    Job Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L2 Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
    Work from office : Bangalore Location
    Timings : 12pm to 9pm
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Candidate should have 4+ Yrs. experience in L2 Support
    • knowledge of Java, JDBC, simple queries
    • Basic understanding of HTML
    • Basic understanding of SQL. Should be able to write queries.
    • Basic understanding of commands, scripting, analysing logs
    • Knowledge of PPT, XLS, Macros, Web knowledge
    • Having excellent communication skills written and verbal
    • Capacity to analyse, ability to deep dive into subjects independently, report & pilot actions of several transversal teams (Dev, Indus, DBA, Business, other IT teams)
    • Communication: capacity to understand the role of each stakeholder in order to share the correct message to each of them
    • Inquisitive spirit: continuously improve the understanding of the customer context & the user experienc
    • Basic knowledge of Windows application
    • Good English communication both oral and written
    Requirements
    • Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.
    • Utilize expertise in Java, JDBC, and SQL to diagnose and resolve software-related problems.
    • Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.
    • Demonstrate a basic understanding of HTML for troubleshooting web-related issues.
    • Analyze logs, employ scripting techniques, and utilize command-line tools to investigate and resolve technical issues.
    • Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and support processes.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issue resolution progress.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of support strategies to enhance system reliability and performance.
