Job Summary

As an After Sales Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our Service Providers and Technicians, fulfilling their requirements and resolving their inquiries and complaints.

Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively solving their issues and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and queries.
Managing and appointing 3rd party service providers and ensure all the documents are updated.
Collecting reports and bills from the service providers
Dispatching materials to branch office or service providers to maintain good quality service.

Pay:
₹18,000.00 per month
