Key Responsibilities:

Repairs and Component Replacement:
Perform repairs on voltage stabilizer systems reported via proper channels, including replacing faulty components such as capacitors, relays, circuit boards, etc.
Test repaired systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to 3rdparty service providers via phone and onsite visits.
Offer guidance on troubleshooting procedures and assist in resolving technical issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Document replacement parts used and update inventory records.
