Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries and complaints.

Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively noting their issues and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Help in managing 3rd party service providers and ensure all the documents are updated.
Help the service centre executive with the supply of parts and receipts.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
