    Description

    Connected Vehicle Data is quickly becoming a horizontal, not a vertical. It can be leveraged across every business unit to solve business problems deliver real value for Ford Motor Company. The Connected Vehicle Data Analytics Team supports key analytics projects across the entire value chain working with Connected Vehicle Data building data products and analytics solutions to solve real world business problems.

    Potential candidates should have excellent depth and breadth of knowledge in basic stats, data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling. They should possess the ability to translate a business problem into an analytical problem, identify the relevant data sets needed for addressing the analytical problem, recommend, implement and validate the best suited analytical algorithm(s), and generate/deliver insights to stakeholders. Experience in Geospatial analytics is a plus(Very important).

    Candidates should have 8+ years of hands on experience working in analytics and Big Data.

    Technical experience delivering projects in AI/ML is mandatory.

    PHD or advanced degree is preferred.

    Management experience is preferred. Candidates without management experience should have strong soft and technical skills as well as a strong track record of delivering projects and managing stakeholders.

  • Post graduate degree in CS/IT, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, Applied mathematics etc.
  • Advanced Degree or PHD as well as certifications in Analytics is a plus(preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics using Big Data
  • Exposure to Geo-spatial Analytics is preferred(needed for the role)
  • Hands-on with a programming (., SQL/Python) languages & visualization tools
  • Hands on experience building and scaling AI/ML and LLM Models is mandatory.
  • Experience working with GCP Tools such as Big Query and Vertex AI is preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving , communication, and data presentation skills
