  • Design hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs
  • Manage sourcing & recruitment of staff. Interview and assess job candidates, Onboard new hires and conduct new colleague orientation program
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Manage employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks
  • Maintain employee records through WINHMS software
  • Manage Staff accommodation, food and transport facilities for all employees
  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs. Coach, counsel employees
  • Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
