    Bert Labs - General Manager - Corporate Finance and Corporate Development - CA



    Role and Responsibilities:


    • Solid understanding and experience in finance and accounting principles, covering financial reporting, budgeting, financial statements, and analytical abilities
    • Enhancing the Company's Cost Structure strategically to align with immediate, short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals
    • Improving EBITDA and PAT, aiming to maintain company profitability at an EBITDA level exceeding 40% over the next 5 years, alongside 300% annual revenue growth
    • Setting financial benchmarks for payback, NPV, IRR, and ensuring their sustainability across all client projects in India and globally
    • Collaborating with Sales & Product Management teams to prevent cost overruns in client projects while deploying Bert Platform Solution
    • Defining P&L objectives for various functions within the company and ensuring their achievement and sustainability
    • Working closely with the CEO towards the company's vision and strategy, including equity and debt investments leading to an IPO
    • Conducting thorough research, documentation, and investor dialogue for investment rounds
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare the organization for investments, compliance, and statutory requirements
    • Facilitating diligence efforts of investors and leading negotiation discussions for mutual agreements
    • Managing Company's Books of Accounts and ensuring statutory compliance and timely filings
    • Over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Corporate Development roles
    • Chartered Accountant qualification
    • Proficiency in financial modeling with a preference for statistical modeling expertise
    • Strong attention to detail, effective project management, organizational skills, and meeting deadlines
    • Ability to work with ambiguity, drive change, problem-solving, and process improvement
    • Business Partnering Skills with a customer-centric approach
    • Self-starter with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
    • Ambitious drive with a proven track record of achieving goals in a dynamic environment
