  • Apparel/ Textile Graduate
  • Proficiency in designing software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Software.
  • Technical knowledge of prints.
  • Building unique colour palettes.
  • Strong Drawing skills.
  • Working and coordinating with vendors and printing mills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, patterns and documentation.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and various quality parameters.
  • Understand the requirements of buyers.
  • Knowledge of production problems.

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Create visually appealing and innovative designs using various software tools and techniques.
  • Develop design concepts, sketches and layouts based on customer specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare digital or printready files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proven experience as a Designer, in clothing or fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with printing processes and file formats for different production techniques is an advantage.
  • Stay uptodate with advancements in design software and industry techniques to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to guarantee that all designs align with our brand identity and aesthetic.
  • Lead and manage the merchant team, fostering motivation and effective coordination.
  • Ensure fabric, trims, and garment quality through monitoring and inspection.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and buyers, facilitating effective communication.
  • Coordinate production, manage vendor interactions, and oversee inspections for quality control.
  • Create and manage production files, including Style Sheets, Tech Packs, Spec Sheets, and more.
  • Develop strategic merchandising plans to drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts for negotiation and planning.
  • Supervise sample making, negotiate prices, and confirm orders.
  • Manage endtoend production, ensuring timely execution and highquality standards.
  • Review and approve samples, ensuring they meet specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Negotiate prices and production schedules with suppliers, manufacturers, and factories.
  • Conduct regular factory visits to ensure compliance with ethical and safety standards.
  • Oversee production documentation, including purchase orders and shipment schedules.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement and implement efficiency strategies.
  • Travel for local and outstation meetings with vendors and suppliers.
  • Creation and maintenance of multiple order related reports on a daily basis.

Pay:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
