We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist.

The primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of orders, managing booking bills, and assisting in the creation of leads and projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurately input and update data related to orders, ensuring completeness and precision.
  • Organize and maintain records of booking bills, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and management of leads and projects within the designated systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and accurate information retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of order processing and invoicing procedures.
