    Business Development Manager

    Profile: Business Development Manager

    Experience: 5+ Years

    Location: Gurugram

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and nurture sales opportunities.
    • Manage sales pipeline for business growth.
    • Acquire clients in telecom & cloud domains.
    • Translate client needs into effective service plans.
    • Facilitate deployment of skilled personnel to client projects.
    • Participate actively in industry events to stay updated on trends.

    Skillset & Work Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of IT outsourcing experience in telecom or cloud technology.
    • Demonstrated network within the telecom industry.
    • Proven success in project delivery in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
    • Experience in selling to senior executives and key decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in managing new bids and winning proposals.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives.
    • Self-motivated with a drive for personal and professional growth.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
    • Proficient in presenting cost-benefit analyses and closing deals.
    • Effective communication for coordination with teams and management.
