Roles and Responsibilities
- Directly manages the Centre staff on a daily basis.
- Supervises the employees on the Property.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of unit.
- In charge of assigned area and responsibilities allotted by Centre Manager.
- Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems with the help of Human Resources.
- Strong Supervision of on floor staff & operations
Guest Satisfaction:
- Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout property.
- Ensures that all guest related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives.
- Education and/or experience as a supervisor: Retail/Hospitality/Hotel Management
- Minimum 2 years related hospitality management experience (preferably IHM and Retail Operations )
Skills Required:
- Strong Supervision
- Proficiency in English & Hindi
- Comprehensive & effective Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Guest Service oriented
- Strong Coordination & cooperation Skills
- Job Ownership required
- Multitasking
Computer Skills:
- Windows Operating system
- Word processing,
- POS (Point Of Sale) and spreadsheet software.

₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
