Required Qualification

Required Experience

Job Responsibility:

Knowledge of ERP & Tally is mandatory
Preparation, implementation and maintaining Accounts SOP
Knowledge of TDS, and GST Filling
Updating books of accounts on a daily basis and passing purchase, income, expense, cash an bank entries including JV and Contra entries
Carrying out Ledger Scrutiny on periodic basis
Verifying vendor invoice with PO & GRN before updating books of accounts, processing vendor payments as on due dates
Knowledge of all banking transactions
Cheques preparation, bank followup, documentation for loan processing, coordinating with banks on a daily basis, etc. Preparing Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis, handling petty cash transactions and maintaining petty cash book and records
Finalizing books of accounts
Coordination and assisting during audit both internal and statutory
Preparing and maintaining statutory compliance records
Financial analysis capability shall be an added advantage
Ensuring all data and records are maintained and kept properly

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Advance Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT) & (ERP hands on will be preferable)
Knowledge of accounting software
Problemsolving skills
Can maintain calm under pressure
Team Player
