Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Daily Customer Inbound & outbound calling for Customer service, feedback, offer explanation etc.
- Attending Regular calls from customers regarding query and resolution.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Cold Calling
- Database Management
- Fluency in English / Hindi / Gujarati / Marathi.
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.
- Service & Solution oriented
- Must have the skill to understand customer requirement and. should lead them to the proper section/Department
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
