    Requirements

    Job Summary
    The AppleCare Digital team seeks an energetic individual with a proven track record in managing Delivery teams and stakeholder relationships. As an Assistant Manager - QA, you will oversee the Adecco QA team, lead processes and projects, and ensure task execution across various QA areas.

    Key Qualifications
    • Experience in Manual and Automation testing
    • Deep understanding of software QA methodologies & practices
    • Hands-on experience in functional, system, and integration tests
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
    • Experience with cross-device and browser testing is advantageous
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Understanding of Client/Server Architecture
    • Experience with automation frameworks
    • Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical, and innovative approach to driving quality

    Responsibilities
    • Resource planning and task delegation within the team
    • Developing comprehensive knowledge of all processes
    • Establishing and maintaining a task schedule, ensuring timely completion
    • Proactively communicating project/task status
    • Documenting all processes and tools as necessary
    • Conducting regular reviews with stakeholders
    • Ensuring effective processes and maximizing shared resources
    • Performance management of team members
    • Supporting and mentoring team members
    • Team building through recruitment, retention, and training

    Education
    MBA with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Digital Operations and QA, including at least 2 years as a team manager.
