Description
Preparation of Minutes of Board Meeting/Committee Meeting/General Meeting/MIS Report related toAc & Finance of the Company. Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Receive & screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate. Handle confidential documents
Provide secretarial, and administrative support to facilitate effective time management, seamless
logistics and smooth functioning of department's activities, while projecting a professional company
image through in-person and phone interaction.
Maintain calendar, arranging meetings, travel, per instructions provided. Attend to visitors &
guide to respective person.
Assist in arranging & coordinating meetings for VP, conferences. Taking care of all travel and hotel
bookings as per required.
Arranging the travel program, preparing a detailed travel itinerary, and providing the files and paper
works necessary for the travel purpose.
Organize/arrange essential logistic support to staff and guests including Travel Arrangements, Hotel
Reservations, Ticketing, Vehicle Arrangement, Passport and Visa Processing.
Current position as Executive Secretary to VP/AVP preferred

₹51, ₹58,000.00 per month
