    Welcome to the Job Opportunity!

    The job focuses on handling individual, gift, trust, and partnership tax returns.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Display high proficiency in tax technical knowledge related to individual, trust, and partnership returns, including understanding complex technical issues.
    • Drive the tax return preparation process, review complex tax returns, and other tax deliverables.
    • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
    • Identify opportunities to increase workload quality and consistency.
    • Provide leadership in team development.
    • Assist in advisory projects and help with process improvements for enhanced client service delivery.
    • Facilitate teamwork, manage conflicts, and motivate team members.

    Additional Skills Requirements:

    • Preferably Certified EA, CPA, or equivalent.
    • Show high proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to individual, gift, trust, and partnership returns.

    Skills and Attributes for Success:

    • Demonstrate understanding of complex technical issues.
    • Effective communication, analytical, numeric, and people management skills.

    To qualify for the role, you must have:

    • High proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to individual, gift, trust, and partnership returns.
    • Good English skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Formal education in commerce or finance.

    What We Look For:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or commerce.
    • 3+ years of experience working with major global corporations.
